Requirments to join:
Have common knowledge about FO: 2238 combat.
Have proper combat char.
Have ''English'' skill more than 80% and ''Foreign speech'' perk. Sadly, i dont want any ''sory, mai english is not mai nativ language''.
You MUST be able to use IRC. (Channel - #TNL)
You should be able to use Mumble. Atleast for listening.
Respect the roleplayers even if you're 100% PvP oriented.

Alright, clones! I need complete list of characters from each of you with who you'd be willing to join the faction. EACH OF YOU post only YOUR OWN characters. And if you share any of them, note it. I need their
1)names,
2)levels,
3)S.P.E.C.I.A.L. or stats in the format of ''6 8 6 4 6...'' (up to down in character page),
4)tagged skills.
Also, i have to know your timezone OR where you live (thats entirely for time issues). After you do that, next step would be getting on the IRC channel. I hope you can figure that out, but if you cant, use

Low levels, but we can easly boost them up. I like that one of yours is a crafter. Also, probably you know it, but odd EN is a waste of SPECIAL point, Bourbon. Difference between 6 and 7 PE is like 2 or 3hp. Difference between 6 and 8 is bit more than 20. Anyway, when you get on IRC, you've most likely passed it all and are in.
Edit: Yes, IRC is needed. I most likely wont let anyone trough witouth it. It aint that hard to get it and set it up. Personally i reccomend using mIRC, but its up to you to decide wich program suits you the best.
